Here's how your customers can do it:

  1. From their inbox, look for the receipt they received for the order they want to track.

  2. Click on "Track Your Order".

  3. They will be led to a page showing the order's status:

  4. If in the future, should they want to repeat the same order, just repeat steps 1 to 3, then click on Reorder.

  5. They'll be brought straight to the checkout portion of your favorite shop - no more filling up any details. 😊

Once you mark an order as "Fulfilled" in your dashboard, the status your customers will see is "Delivered" or "Picked up" (depending on their chosen fulfillment method).
