We understand that sometimes plans change, and it becomes necessary to cancel your subscription. We've made the process as smooth as possible for you! Whether you're looking to end a subscription to manage your expenses or explore other options, we've got you covered. 😊

How to Cancel Your Free Trial, Custom Domain, or Premium Subscription

  1. Head to your Settings tab and click on the Subscription sub-tab:

  2. Click on "Manage plan"

  3. You'll be led to your subscription page where you'll see the option to cancel your plan:

  4. Click on "Cancel plan" under your subscription. Please make sure you're cancelling the correct subscription type

  5. Read the Terms of Service before confirming your plan cancellation:

  6. Once you've read the Terms of Service, you can proceed with clicking on "Cancel plan"
    ​

  7. Your plan will then be cancelled at the end of your current billing period. Afterwards, you will have to resubscribe to regain access to your account and your shop will appear as closed so your customers won't be able to place any orders.


🚩 Need to Know:

  • You can also choose to cancel only your Custom Domain subscription.

  • If you're requesting to cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, you can still use your subscription until your next billing date - this is for both monthly and annual plans.

  • If you cancel your 14-day trial before it ends, you will still have access until the 14th day. Afterwards, you'll have to choose from any of our plans to continue using your Cococart shop.
