How do I edit orders on an open ticket?

Having an open ticket allows you to conveniently make changes to a customer's order either by editing previous products or adding new ones before finalizing the bill.

How do I edit the orders?

  1. Go to Orders > Open Tickets to view your open tabs. Tap on the open tab you'd like to edit.

  2. To add an order to an open tab, swipe through the category tabs at the top or use the search function to find the product you'd like to add. Once you've added all customizations, tap Add to Order. The new addition will be shown on the right panel and labeled as NEW.

  3. To edit an order, tap or swipe left on the line item from the order list then select Edit. To delete, tap or swipe left on the line item then select Delete.

  4. When you've made the necessary changes, don't forget to tap Save.

    The open ticket will discard any edits made if you leave the page without saving.
