How do I edit orders on an open ticket?

Open tickets give you the flexibility to update an order before finalizing payment—perfect for dine-in setups, ongoing transactions, or customers who change their minds. With Cococart POS, you can easily add or remove items, adjust quantities, or apply discounts on any open ticket.

How do I edit the orders?

  1. Go to Orders > Open Tickets to view your open tabs. Tap on the open tab you'd like to edit.

  2. To add an order to an open tab, swipe through the category tabs at the left or use the search function to find the product you'd like to add. Once you've added all customizations, tap Add. The new addition will be shown on the right panel and labeled as NEW.

  3. To edit an order, tap or swipe left on the line item from the order list then select Edit. To delete, tap or swipe left on the line item, then select the trash bin icon.

  4. When you've made the necessary changes, don't forget to tap Save.

    The open ticket will discard any edits made if you leave the page without saving.
