Now that the Lalamove feature is up and running in your account, it's time to conveniently book deliveries without having to use a different device! π
How do I book single deliveries?
Head to your Orders page
βSelect the order you want to book a delivery for. Note that you can only use the Lalamove feature for orders with "Delivery" as the Fulfillment method:
βClick on "More" at the top of the details bar, and select Delivery:
βSet the following options accordingly:

βVehicle Type - you may select from a wide variety, depending on what vehicle would best fit the products you're going to deliver

βScheduled date - you can choose when you want the delivery to be booked. It can be on the same day, and it can be scheduled in advance as well to avoid missing deliveries!

βScheduled time - you can also choose the time depending on the selected time slot your customer chose, or on the time you usually dispatch orders.

βAdditional notes - you can also leave any notes you'd like to let your pickup driver know, as you can in the actual Lalamove app.
βOnce you've set all the delivery details, click on "Book Delivery". A Lalamove rider will be booked according to the time and date you chose.
How do I book one vehicle for multiple deliveries?
Head to your Orders page
βSelect the orders you want to book a delivery for. By doing this, you'll be booking one rider for multiple orders:
βClick on "Actions" and select "Delivery"
βSet the delivery details accordingly. If you toggle on "Get the shortest route", the addresses will be automatically optimized for the best route.
βOnce you've set all the delivery details, click on "Book Delivery". A Lalamove rider will be booked according to the time and date you chose.Β

Important note:
Ask your customers to make sure they enter addresses that are registered on Google Maps, and to double check to avoid delivering to the wrong addresses.
