Cococart allows you to add your WhatsApp details so customers can reach you on the WhatsApp platform right after placing an order. This will make it easier to keep track of customers and their order history.
Here's how you can set it up:
Step 1: Head to Store Settings > Website
Step 2: Select WhatsApp & Private, toggle WhatsApp ordering, and type in your WhatsApp number. Customers will instantly be connected to this number after placing an order.
Step 3: Don't forget to click Save to apply your changes!
Here's what it looks like after a customer places an order:
After clicking Proceed to WhatsApp, the payment details will be shown quickly.
Then they'll reach this confirmation page before being connected to your WhatsApp number.
Once they select Continue to chat, they'll be connected to your WhatsApp number with a preview of their order summary.
Here's the receipt your customers will receive. It includes the details of the bank account/e-wallet where they can settle the payment.
💡 Pro Tip:
WhatsApp ordering only works with Manual payments.
If the customer pays using a card or any other automatic payment method, they won’t receive a WhatsApp message.
