How can I track my order?

Thanks for shopping with a Cococart-powered store! We know you’re excited to receive your order — here’s how you can track its status easily.

🧾 Where to find your order tracking link

After you place your order, you should receive a receipt or confirmation message via email from the shop.

  1. Open the receipt or confirmation message in your inbox

  2. Look for the button or link that says “Track Your Order.”

  3. Click the link to go to your order’s tracking page.


📍 What you’ll see on the tracking page

Once you click the Track Your Order link, you’ll be taken to a page that shows:

  • The status of your order

  • Whether your order has been approved, prepared, or picked up/ fulfilled.

Once an order is marked as "Fulfilled" , the status you will see is "Delivered" or "Picked up" (depending on their chosen fulfillment method).

If a shop uses a third-party courier that supports shipment tracking, you may see tracking info from the courier itself — otherwise, the status reflects the shop’s updates.


🔁 Want to order the same items?

Great news — the order tracking page also lets you reorder your favorite items without adding each product again:

  1. Open your order tracking link

  2. Click Reorder


  3. You’ll be taken back to the shop with your previous items in the cart.

  4. You can easily edit or confirm your cart and checkout again.


❓ What if I don’t see a tracking link?

If you didn’t receive a “Track Your Order” link:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder for the receipt

  • Confirm that the shop sent the confirmation message

  • Contact the shop you ordered from directly to request your tracking link or latest status

Shops control fulfillment and tracking information, so they’re the best first point of contact. 😊
