How do I place an order?

Learn how to place an order from any merchant using Cococart, from browsing items to completing your checkout.

Ordering from a Cococart merchant is quick and easy. You don’t need to create an account—just browse, add items to your cart, and check out.

Follow the steps below to place your order successfully:

1. Browse the merchant’s store

Start by exploring the products listed on the merchant’s Cococart page. Each item includes photos, descriptions, prices, and available options.

2. Select pickup or delivery

At checkout, choose how you’d like to receive your order. Options vary by merchant and may include:

  • Delivery to your address

  • Pickup at a location specified by the merchant

Each merchant manages their own delivery fees, pick-up times, and fulfillment schedule.

3. Add items to your cart

Choose the product you want, select any required options (such as size or variant), enter your preferred quantity, and click Add to Cart.

Your cart will automatically keep items as you continue shopping.

4. Enter your details
Provide your info:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Delivery address (if applicable)

Accurate information ensures the merchant can reach you with updates.

5. Choose your payment method

Available payment methods depend on what the merchant offers. These may include:

  • Credit or debit card

  • E-wallets (e.g., GCash, PayNow)

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash on delivery

You will only see the payment options enabled by the merchant.

6. Review your order

Before submitting your order:

  • Double-check your items

  • Confirm your pickup or delivery details

  • Make sure your contact information is correct

This prevents delays or miscommunication.

7. Click Place Order to submit.
If the merchant requires online payment, you’ll be taken to a secure checkout page to complete the transaction.

8. Check your confirmation message

Once your order is placed, you’ll automatically receive an email that includes:

  • What you ordered

  • Pickup or delivery details

The merchant may contact you with additional instructions or updates.
