When you place an order with a Cococart merchant, the merchant is responsible for preparing and delivering your items. This article explains what to expect, including fulfillment options, delivery schedules, pickup instructions, and how to track your order. Understanding these steps will help ensure a smooth ordering experience and timely receipt of your items.

1. Choosing fulfillment options

When checking out, you may have the option to:

  • Delivery: The merchant sends your order to your address. Delivery availability, fees, and times depend on the merchant.

  • Pickup: You collect your order from the merchant’s store or designated location. Pickup times are set by the merchant.


2. Delivery schedules

  • Merchants may offer same-day, next-day, or scheduled delivery depending on their operations.

  • Delivery times and availability vary by location and order volume.

  • The merchant will provide estimated delivery times during checkout and in confirmation messages.


3. Tracking your order

  • Some merchants use third-party couriers that provide tracking links.

  • If the merchant handles delivery directly, they will notify you of any updates about your order.

  • If tracking is available, you’ll receive it via email.

4. What to do if your order is delayed

  • Check your confirmation message for delivery times and contact details.

  • Contact the merchant directly if your order hasn’t arrived as expected. Include your order ID and any relevant details.

  • Cococart itself does not manage deliveries, so the merchant is your primary contact.
