When am I eligible for a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the shop’s policy, but common cases include:
Incorrect items received
Missing items
Cancelled orders (if cancellation is allowed)
Orders that could not be fulfilled by the shop

Change-of-mind purchases
Last-minute cancellations

How the refund process works
If you believe you’re eligible for a refund:
Contact the shop directly as soon as possible
Provide your order ID and a brief explanation
The shop will review your request
If approved, the shop will initiate the refund
Once a refund is initiated, it will be sent back to your original payment method unless arranged otherwise.
How long do refunds take?
Refund timelines vary, but typically:
Shop approval: may take 1–3 business days
Payment processing:
Cards & e-wallets: 5–10 business days
Bank transfers: may take longer depending on your bank

Will I be refunded in full?
