Customers sometimes need to change their plans. With Manage Booking, you can allow customers to reschedule or cancel their bookings on their own using a link in their confirmation email. This helps reduce back-and-forth messages and keeps your schedule up to date automatically.

How to enable it

  1. Go to Booking Form Settings in your admin dashboard and click Edit.

  2. Scroll down to Reschedule & Cancel and turn it on by moving the toggle to the right. By default, for the booking forms created before this feature, Toggle is OFF.

3. Click Save.

What will the customers see?

Once enabled, customers will see a “Manage your booking” button in their booking confirmation email.

From there, they can:

  • View their booking details

  • Reschedule their booking

  • Cancel their booking

The exact layout of the page may vary depending on your store’s theme.

Rescheduling a booking

When a customer reschedules:

  1. They choose from the available dates and times based on your booking settings after clicking Reschedule.

  2. A new booking summary is shown.

  3. They confirm the change by clicking Confirm Booking.

Customers do not need to re-enter their information or payment details.

Note: If a manually approved booking is rescheduled, the booking status will change back to Pending.

Cancelling a booking

Customers can cancel their booking from the same page by clicking Cancel Booking.
They will be asked to confirm the cancellation before it is finalized.

Important:
Cancelling a booking with automatic payment does not automatically issue a refund. Refunds must be handled manually if needed.

📝 Important Notes:

When a booking is rescheduled or cancelled:

  • The customer receives an email confirmation.

  • The merchant is notified as well.
