Merchants currently on the old pricing plan will remain on it. You’ll only move to the new pricing scheme if your existing subscription is cancelled. Merchants who are currently on a trial will also stay on their existing rates unless they cancel and resubscribe.

The new pricing applies to all new sign-ups from November 13, 2025, 5:00 PM SGT onwards, as well as to merchants who have previously cancelled their subscription and wish to resubscribe.

To avoid charges, make sure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date—charges are generally non-refundable.
Switching plans during a free trial? The new plan will be charged immediately, even if your trial hasn’t ended.
