How do I edit my payment information?

Accepted payment methods for subscription plans, how they're billed, and how to change your card information

For subscription plans, we accept any credit or debit card. Other payment methods aren't available yet, but we will let you know once it's available!

Here's how to change your subscription's registered payment method:

  1. Head to your Subscription Page and click on "Manage Plan". You'll be redirected to this payment page:

  2. Tap on "Add payment method" under your current registered card

  3. Type in your new card details (don't forget to double-check!)

  4. Once you've added your new card, delete your old one so the system doesn't try to charge it on your next billing date


    If you're unable to manage your subscription details in your dashboard, please reach out to us through the chatbot and choose "Billing and Subscriptions".
