For subscription plans, we accept any credit or debit card. Other payment methods aren't available yet, but we will let you know once it's available!
Here's how to change your subscription's registered payment method:
Head to your Subscription Page and click on "Manage Plan". You'll be redirected to this payment page:
Tap on "Add payment method" under your current registered card
Type in your new card details (don't forget to double-check!)
Once you've added your new card, delete your old one so the system doesn't try to charge it on your next billing date
If you're unable to manage your subscription details in your dashboard, please reach out to us through the chatbot and choose "Billing and Subscriptions".

Subscription charges incurred by auto upgrades are non-refundable.
(This applies to the old pricing table only.)Subscription charges are generally non-refundable if they're not canceled before their renewal date.
If you're on an annual plan and you've exceeded your current plan's sales volume, you will be upgraded with the cost of an annual plan.
