Payouts refer to automated payments sent by your customers to Cococart. For example: your customer makes a payment method via Credit/Debit card. We automatically verify the payment for you and send it to the account provided.

To receive payouts from automated payments:
1. Head to your Payments page.
2. Under your selected payment method, enable Automated and click the Add payout button:

3. Select your account as Individual or Company, type in your details, and choose a payout method. This is the account that will receive payouts sent by Cococart.

4. Fill in the requested details and click Save.

That's it! Once verified, you should then be able to receive your payouts. 😊

Next, your payout speed refers to the number of days between the day a customer places an order on your shop, and the day we pay out the sales proceeds from that order to your provided payout account. The payout speed depends on the payment method that was used.

Who sends my payments?

Depending on where you’re located and your customers’ chosen payment method, you may receive your payouts directly from Cococart or our 3rd party payment processor, Stripe.

For PayNow/GCash/Bancnet Payments

Your payments will be sent by Cococart every 3 calendar days.

Please note that it may take 1-3 business days for the payout amount to reflect in your account after the payout has been processed. For Automated PayNow, a 1.65% + $0.30 fee applies.

For Debit/Credit Card Payments

For eligible countries, we pay out according to the schedule of Stripe, our payment gateway for card transactions. You can find a list of payout speeds per country below or on Stripe’s official website.

Payouts are made once a week (on a day of your choosing) and include payments processed up to 4 business days prior. JCB, Diners Club, and Discover payments are available for payout after 30 calendar days, instead of 4 business days.

Note that Stripe uses business days, not just calendar days, so you may experience delays from holidays and weekends. Here’s an example of payout schedule breakdown when a payment is made during the weekend and there are holidays in between:

Meanwhile, payouts for Nigeria, Bangladesh, and Brunei are sent at the end of every month.
