Your payouts are sent on different periods - depending on your country, and depending on which automated payment method your customers used.
You should be able to see your expected payout dates on your dashboard.
From your Orders page, head to Earnings.
Under Upcoming Payouts, you should be able to view your Running Balance. This will contain all pending payouts, along with their expected payout date.
Please note that the expected payout date is the date your payout will be processed. Depending on your bank, country, and payout method, it might take more time for the funds to settle in your account.
For Payouts from PayNow/GCash/Bancnet Payments
Your payments will be sent by Cococart every 3 calendar days.
Please note that it may take 1-3 business days for the payout amount to reflect in your account after the payout has been processed. There are fees for Automated PayNow (1.65% + $0.30), Automated GCash (2.5%) and Bank Transfers via Bancnet (1% + ₱10).
For Debit/Credit Card Payments
For eligible countries, we pay out according to the schedule of Stripe, our payment gateway for card transactions. You can find a list of payout speeds per country below or on Stripe’s official website.
Your payout speed refers to the number of days between the day a customer places an order on your shop, and the day we pay out the sales proceeds from that order to your provided payout account.

Important Things to Remember:
If you're in one of the countries listed above, you will need to set up your Stripe Connect account in order to activate and receive payouts from debit/credit card payments.
If your country is not listed on the Payout Speed table, nor on Stripe’s official website, then your payouts from debit/credit card payments will be sent by Cococart in 2-3 calendar days. There is a minimum amount for payouts sent by Cococart.
Stripe uses business days instead of calendar days, so you may experience delays during holidays and weekends.
Here’s an example of payout schedule breakdown when a payment is made during the weekend and there are holidays in between:
