Who sends my payouts?
Depending on where you’re located and on your customers’ chosen payment method, you may receive your payouts directly from Cococart or our 3rd party payment processor, Stripe.

There are instances that may cause your payouts to be delayed, and here's a few things you could check:
Your payout details haven't been added yet.
SOLUTION: Follow the steps listed here to add your payout details.

SOLUTION: Complete the setup for your Stripe Connect account. You may refer to this article.
Your timezone doesn't match your currency.
SOLUTION: Provide a bank account for the currency you set. For example: Your timezone is set to Asia/Manila, but the currency you chose is USD. You will need to put in a US bank account in your payout details in order to receive your payout.SOLUTION: Get in touch with us and we'll coordinate with you regarding the matter.
