What do you need to do to start selling on Cococart?

Welcome to Cococart! This guide walks you through setting up your online store and accepting your first order — all in just a few steps.

By the end of this guide, you will:

  • Have a live store link

  • Be able to accept payments

  • Start receiving orders

Before You Begin (2 mins)

Prepare these:

  • Store name and logo (optional but recommended)

  • At least 1 product (name, price, photo)

  • Your preferred payment method (bank, e-wallet, or online payments)


1. 🧭  Create Your Store

  1. Sign up or log in to your Cococart account via https://get.cococart.co/

  2. Enter your store name and add info on what you plan to sell.

    Tip: Keep your store name simple and easy to remember

  3. Choose your store URL


  4. Select your plan, add your card, and proceed with the 14-day free trial.

✅ Your store is now live with a basic setup


2. 🍰 Add at Least 1 Product

You can’t sell without products — but setup matters.

You need to:

⚠️ Common mistake: Forgetting to set availability → customers can’t order


3. 💳 Set Up Payments

This is what allows you to actually get paid.

Options in Cococart:

You need to:

  • Connect a payment provider OR

  • Add manual payment instructions

⚠️ Important: If no payment is set, customers cannot complete checkout.


4. 🚚 Set Up Delivery or Pickup

Tell customers how they’ll receive their order.

You need to:

⚠️ Common issue: Missing delivery settings → checkout fails


5. 🧪 Test Your Store

Before sharing your link, test everything.

Do a test order:

  • Add item to cart

  • Go through checkout

  • Try payment (or manual flow)

  • Check if the order appears in the dashboard

✅ This prevents issues when customers order


6. 📣 Share Your Store Link

Now you’re ready to sell.


Copy your store link here:

  • Facebook / Instagram

  • WhatsApp / Messenger

  • SMS

📣 Example:

⚠️ Common Issues (Quick Fixes)

Customers can’t check out?
→ Check if payment is enabled

Product not showing?
→ Ensure the product is enabled and has availability

No delivery options?
→ Set delivery or pickup in settings
