1. 🧭 Create Your Store
Sign up or log in to your Cococart account via https://get.cococart.co/
Enter your store name and add info on what you plan to sell.
✅ Tip: Keep your store name simple and easy to remember
Choose your store URL
Select your plan, add your card, and proceed with the 14-day free trial.
✅ Your store is now live with a basic setup
2. 🍰 Add at Least 1 Product
You can’t sell without products — but setup matters.
You need to:
Set variants (sizes, flavors, etc.)
Set availability (important for pre-orders)
Enable the product for checkout
⚠️ Common mistake: Forgetting to set availability → customers can’t order
3. 💳 Set Up Payments
This is what allows you to actually get paid.
Options in Cococart:
Online payments (Stripe for foreign merchants, Xendit for PH)
Manual payments (bank transfer, e-wallets, etc.)
You need to:
Connect a payment provider OR
Add manual payment instructions
⚠️ Important: If no payment is set, customers cannot complete checkout.
4. 🚚 Set Up Delivery or Pickup
Tell customers how they’ll receive their order.
You need to:
Enable delivery, pickup, or both
Set:
⚠️ Common issue: Missing delivery settings → checkout fails
5. 🧪 Test Your Store
Before sharing your link, test everything.
Do a test order:
Add item to cart
Go through checkout
Try payment (or manual flow)
Check if the order appears in the dashboard
✅ This prevents issues when customers order
6. 📣 Share Your Store Link
Now you’re ready to sell.
Copy your store link here:
Share via social media channels.
Facebook / Instagram
WhatsApp / Messenger
SMS
