Internet connection issues shouldn’t keep you from getting sales, and it won’t. You can use your Cococart POS in offline mode to take orders whenever you’re on the go, or are simply experiencing connectivity issues.

Take note that since you’re on offline mode, there will be some limitations:

  • Orders added on your POS while offline will not sync to your web dashboard until you reconnect to the internet.

  • You will not be able to change the status of active orders while offline.

Nonetheless, taking new orders and adding orders to open tabs should be accessible.

You can still place an order the way you normally would on your Cococart POS. Here’s a refresher on adding new sales to your POS.

Once you’ve reconnected to the internet, you may be able to change the status of your active order.

If any issues occur with syncing your POS to your web dashboard, simply restart the POS app.
