How do I view orders using the POS mobile version?

The Cococart POS mobile version is designed for easy use, giving you quick access to key features. You can easily check active or past orders, helping you stay on top of customer purchases and manage operations smoothly.

The Cococart POS is available for download via Apple Store and Google Play.

Here’s how to view and manage orders on the go:

  1. Log in using your Cococart account credentials.

2. After logging in to your Cococart account in the app, you will immediately see your product catalog. If you don’t have an existing catalog, read this article to learn how to add and manage products on the POS.

3. Go to the Orders Tab to view your orders. If you cannot find all orders, check the filters by clicking the icon on the right side of the screen and untick the checked fields.

4. After removing the applied filter on the Fulfillment type, all orders should be available to view now.

🚨 Orders taken using the online store can only be viewed for subscribers under the Growth and Pro plans.

🚨 The POS Analytics page and the Sales Reconciliation toggle are only visible on the tablet version.
