The Cococart POS mobile version is designed for easy use, giving you quick access to key features. You can easily check active or past orders, helping you stay on top of customer purchases and manage operations smoothly.

The Cococart POS is available for download via the App Store and Google Play.

Here’s how to view and manage orders on the go:

  1. Log in using your Cococart account credentials.

2. After logging in to your Cococart account in the app, you will immediately see your product catalog. If you don’t have an existing catalog, read this article to learn how to add and manage products on the POS.

3. Go to the Orders Tab to view your orders. Paid orders are the ones taken using the POS / QR Code. Online orders are the ones collected from your Cococart shop.

4. You can apply filters on each type; just select what applies. Both have the same drop-down, which allows you to sort by the Latest order or the Earliest Fulfillment.

🚨 Limitations

  • Orders taken using the online store can only be viewed for subscribers under the Growth and Pro plans.

  • The POS Analytics page and the Sales Reconciliation toggle are only visible on the tablet version.
