Feeling a bit lost? No worries! We've got you covered with a simple guide on how to add booking options for your customers to pick from.

  1. Head to your Bookings tab and click on "Booking Types".

  2. Click on "New Booking Type"

  3. You'll be directed to a page where you can add the following:

    1. Booking Title

      You have the freedom to name it however you want! Just make sure your customers will be able to identify it easily.

    2. Duration of each booking made

      This is how the intervals of each booking time slot will be determined.

    3. Maximum Capacity

      Can be 1 if you're offering 1:1 classes each day, or can be 20 if you have 5 tables for 4 available at your restaurant — totally up to your business needs!

    4. Days and booking hours

      Only open for certain days a week, or for certain hours a day? Use this setting to set your booking's availability. Always remember to tick the checkbox so that day shows up in your shop when your customers are booking their reservations.

    5. Price

      You can choose whether or not you're going to require a downpayment for each booking. 

    6. Minimum time to book in advance

      You're a busy bee who needs a break from time to time, we get it. In case you're unsure about your shop's availability within the next 3 months, or within the coming week, you can set the minimum time needed before your customers can make a booking with this setting. 

    7. Maximum time to book in advance

      Want to know how many people to expect at least a week before, so you can prepare everything you need? You can think of this setting as somewhat of a lead time — it can give you a head start so you can stock up, or align your schedule with how busy your business is. 

  4. Once you're done with your desired configurations for your booking type, hit "Save" at the bottom right. All you have left to do is share your shop link to your customers, and from there, you can start accepting bookings! 🥳


Remind customers about their booking reservations

It's certainly important to tap your customers on the shoulder in case they forgot about the reservation they booked with you. Just toggle this switch on and they'll receive email reminders about their booking 24 hours before the date they chose:


Add your own questions

Got questions of your own for your customers? You can certainly add them to your booking flow by clicking on "Add custom question" at the bottom of your Booking Type settings:

🚩 Limitation

  • The system is yet to have a dedicated calendar feature for managing date-specific bookings.
