For ESC/POS-compatible printers
In your Cococart POS app, go to "More" in the bottom tabs
Select "Hardware" to see the Printer Option
Click Printer and Enable "Print incoming orders".
Turn your receipt printer on, and locate it in the list of devices. Once you locate it, tap on its name.
Once you've successfully connected your receipt printer, it will show up like this:
Under the Print settings, you can choose to print Kitchen slips, Customer receipts, Fulfillment slips, or all 3. You can also choose from 2 standard receipt paper sizes:
Kitchen Slips are tickets that are sent to your kitchen or bar for preparing orders. These do not include price or bill information.
Customer Receipts contain all the transaction information associated with an order. These include prices, payment methods, and changes given (if any).
Fulfillment slips contain all the delivery information associated with an order. These include the recipient's name, contact number, and address. For gifts, this will also include the message from the sender.
📝 Depending on your country of operation, Cococart Customer Receipts might not be recognized as official receipts valid for tax claims and reporting.
