Do you think you're having trouble with your printer connectivity? Don't worry; we're here to help! Follow these simple steps to get your printer back online and running smoothly.

What to check first:

Check Connections: Ensure that all cables are securely connected. This includes power cables and the Bluetooth connection between the printer and the POS system.

Make sure your app is updated: This ensures you get the latest features, improvements, and security updates for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Restart Devices: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off your printer and POS system, wait a few seconds, and then turn them back on.

What steps should I follow if I cannot see my printer from the list of connected devices?

Star Micronics printers:

  1. Check that the printer is connected to the device’s Bluetooth settings.
You have to connect to the device's Bluetooth settings first, then in the app.

  2. Check that the printer is in Bluetooth pairing mode

  3. Close and reopen the Cococart POS app, go to More > Printer

  4. It will show “Unknown” as the only option. Tap to connect.

ESC/POS printers:

  1. Check that the printer is disconnected from the device’s Bluetooth settings

  2. Check that the printer is in Bluetooth pairing mode

  3. Close and reopen the Cococart POS app, go to More > Printer

  4. Change to Others. All Bluetooth devices nearby will be shown.

  5. If no Bluetooth devices are showing, close and reopen the app.

  6. If only the printer is not showing, check that the printer is turned on and in pairing mode. You may need to restart the printer.

If issues persist, please feel free to contact our Support team for further assistance 😊

📝 Switching over from Star Micronics to ESC/POS options refreshes the devices list when you come back to the Others tab.
