Having trouble with your payment terminal's connectivity? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

At the moment, the payment terminal works using any iOS device. We are still making improvements in accepting payments using an Android device.

Just follow these easy steps to get your payment terminal working smoothly.

Here’s what to check first:

  1. Make sure that before accepting payments or connecting the terminal, you have a stable internet connection to avoid multiple charges or failed payments.

  2. Always complete the OS update of the terminal when the prompt hits.
Your device has to have at least 50% of battery charge to finish the process.

3. Disconnected terminals will show this prompt when you attempt to checkout an order after making the single long beep sound. Click Reconnect to address the issue.

4. Declined payments are caused by different factors such as invalid card use, insufficient funds, and connectivity problems. As soon as you see this prompt, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Support Team to identify the cause and how to address it.

🚩Limitation:

If the payment terminal does not connect to the POS, try disabling and re-enabling the Bluetooth in your device settings
