The Cococart POS Terminal makes it easy to accept payments from tap, chip, or swipe cards, using Stripe's BBPOS WisePad 3. It is compatible with both iOS and Android and can be used in various countries.

Here’s a quick guide to get you started:

1. Reach out to our support team with your shop location so that we can pair the device.

2. Turn on the payment terminal by pressing the power button on the right side.

3. Go to the Payments Page by clicking More > Payments > Credit Card

4. Move the toggle Process Payments and wait for the Bluetooth to detect the terminal. Once detected, click on the name of the device to connect.

5. You can then go back to the Payments Page to see that the terminal is connected and accepting payments is enabled.

This is how it would appear on the checkout page:

This screen will appear as the system waits for the user to tap or insert the card:

There's 3 ways on how you can disconnect the terminal

  1. On the Payment Terminal Page, tap the 3 dots beside the name of the device.

  2. Move the Process Payments toggle to the left.

  3. Conveniently exit and close the app.

Disconnected terminals will show this on the Payments Page and Checkout:

📝 The payment terminal makes 3 notification sounds when used.

  • 2 beeps after successful connection.

  • 1 long beep if disconnected.

  • 1 beep after the card is tapped.
