If you are using Cococart POS and would like to limit what your staff or members can see on the dashboard, you can restrict access to sensitive pages such as Analytics and Payments.
What Pages Are Restricted?
The following pages are automatically restricted for POS members (non-admin users):
Analytics
Payments
Items
These sections contain store-wide data such as revenue, order history, payouts, and financial records—information typically reserved for store owners or admins.
What Happens When a Member Opens These Pages?
When a member attempts to access either the Analytics or Payments page, they will see a message informing them that they do not have permission to view this content.
How can I adjust the membership level?
Go to Store > General > Team under your Settings.
Find the email address and click the 3 dots next to it.
Change the level to Admin to allow them to access the POS pages.
Custom Permissions for Each User
Cococart POS doesn’t yet allow per-page custom access for members beyond the default roles (i.e., you can’t make some members see Analytics but not Payments). All members get the same restrictions for sensitive pages.
