Exporting your orders as a CSV file makes it easy to organize your sales data, track performance, and share information with your accountant or team. Whether you need a full order summary or a detailed breakdown of each product sold, Cococart allows you to generate a downloadable CSV file in just a few clicks.

  1. Select all the orders you want to export by ticking the checkbox/es on the leftmost column.

  2. Next, click on "Actions". You'll see the option to "Export to CSV".

  3. RECOMMENDED: Choose the default export option "One product per column", as this will divide all order details individually.

  4. Click Download File to proceed

Make sure to click Download right away after generating the file, or download it directly from the email notification.

If you accidentally click New before downloading the previous file, the original download link (including the one sent to your email) will no longer work, and you’ll need to generate a new file.

📊 What Your Export Will Look Like

When using “One product per column”, your exported CSV will include columns such as:

  • Order Number

  • Order Date

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Email

  • Product Name(s)

  • Quantity per Product

  • Price per Product

  • Total Order Amount

  • Payment Status

  • Fulfillment Status

  • Notes (if any)

Each product in the order will be divided into its own column for easier sorting and reporting. Should you choose this option, here's how the columns will look once you export your order summary:

⚠️ Important Reminders

If you click New before downloading the previously generated file:

  • The original download link will no longer work.

  • The email download link will also become invalid.

  • You’ll need to generate a new export file.

Exported reports follow the ISO date format (MM-DD-YYYY).

Reports are available in CSV format only.
