Setting up your printer

  1. Ensure that you have a compatible Star Micronics receipt printer. You'll find the list of supported models on that page under "Supported Products".

  2. Download the PassPRNT app from the App Store for iOS devices, or Google Play for Android devices.

  3. If your printer is a Bluetooth model, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. If it is a Wi-Fi model, ensure your phone is on the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.

  4. Open the PassPRNT app and click on the "Search" button to connect to your printer.

  5. If you have a compatible printer, it will be shown, and you can select it.

  6. Congratulations! You have successfully connected to your printer.

For iPhone/iPad users, we recommend setting Chrome as your default browser for printing receipts. Using the Safari browser instead will require you to accept a confirmation dialog for every receipt.

To set Chrome as your default browser:

  1. Go to your device settings, scroll down to the Chrome app and tap on it.

  2. Tap Default Browser App and set it to Chrome.

Printing from your Cococart dashboard

Please email us to verify your integration with a compatible Star Micronics receipt printer and to enable printing on your account. Once enabled, a "Print" button will be shown at the top right of your orders list. Tap on it to print the receipts for all orders in the current filtered view.

The PassPRNT app will be launched repeatedly for each receipt. Each receipt will look this this:
