We understand that sometimes plans change, or you simply need to make adjustments to your customers' orders. We’ve been working hard to make it easier to run your business on Cococart, and now - you can modify and update your orders on your dashboard!

Whether you need to add or remove items, change quantities, or even update shipping details, this feature empowers you to handle everything with just a few clicks!

How to Edit Orders

The process is a breeze, and here's how you can do it:

  1. Go to your Orders page

  2. Click on the order you need to update, and tap on "Edit"



  3. Edit the order as needed

  4. Make sure all the details are correct before hitting save!

🚩 Need to Know for Orders Paid Using Automated Payments:

  • You'll have to charge your customer the amount difference outside their orders.

  • Adding, removing, or changing products will not affect your payout. The initial amount your customers paid for will still be the set amount for your payout.
