How can I add custom payment methods to the POS?

Integrating custom payment methods into your shop's POS system can enhance its versatility and customer-friendliness, ultimately boosting business growth and customer satisfaction.

Automated payment methods can currently be added and managed exclusively through the dashboard. Only the custom payment methods added using the POS can be added and disabled from there.

Here's how you can add a custom payment to your shop:

  1. Click More to open the Payments Page.

  2. Select Payments from the menu and view the available methods of payment for your POS.

  3. Select Custom Payment Methods at the bottom of the screen. This window will appear. Click Add Custom Payment.


  4. Supply the name of the payment method and hit Save.

  5. The custom payment method will now appear on the list. You can deactivate it by moving the toggle to the left.


  6. For account details or other additional instructions, you have to provide the information to the customer buying in person or publish it in the admin dashboard.

📝 Adding a custom payment method in the POS is considered a manual payment, requiring you to manually verify the payment and update the order status.
