What if I received the wrong items or my order is incomplete?

Learn what to do if your order from a Cococart merchant is missing items or contains the wrong products.

If your order doesn’t match what you purchased, the first step is to contact the merchant directly. Cococart facilitates orders but does not manage the fulfillment of individual products.

1. Check your order confirmation

  • Verify the items you ordered in your confirmation email or SMS.

  • Make sure you’re comparing the items received with what was listed in the order.

2. Contact the merchant

Reach out to the merchant immediately using the contact information provided in your order confirmation.

  • Include your order ID.

  • Explain clearly which items are missing or incorrect.

  • If possible, include photos of the items received for faster resolution.


3. Merchant resolution

Depending on their policy, the merchant may:

  • Replace the missing or incorrect items

  • Issue a partial or full refund

Each merchant manages their own fulfillment and resolution process, so response times may vary.
