Orders placed with Cococart merchants are managed directly by the merchant. Cococart itself cannot cancel orders on your behalf.
Here’s what you need to know and do to cancel an order:
1. Contact the merchant immediately
To request a cancellation:
Use the contact information provided in your order confirmation email or SMS.
Reach out via email, phone, or social media (if provided).
Include your order ID and the reason for cancellation.
The sooner you contact the merchant, the higher the chance your order can be canceled before it is processed or shipped.
2. Understand merchant policies
Each merchant sets their own cancellation rules:
Some orders can be canceled only before fulfillment begins.
Once the order is being prepared, packaged, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Delivery or pickup fees may still apply depending on the merchant’s policy.
3. Refunds
If your cancellation is accepted:
The merchant will process a refund according to their policy.
Refund timelines vary depending on your payment method (e.g., card, e-wallet, bank transfer).
It may take 3–15 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Note: Cococart does not issue refunds directly. All refunds are handled by the merchant.
Need help?
If you have difficulty contacting the merchant:
Check your confirmation message for alternate contact methods.
Allow a reasonable response time, as some merchants may take a few hours to reply.
Cococart can help clarify platform-related issue/s, but cannot cancel or modify orders.
