📤 Who sends my payouts?

Depending on your location and the payment method used by your customers, you may receive payouts either directly from Cococart or through our trusted payment partners, Stripe and Xendit.

Haven’t received your payout yet—even after the expected date?

Some instances may cause your payouts to be delayed, and here are a few things you could check:

  1. Your payout details haven't been added yet.
SOLUTION: Follow the steps listed here to add your payout details.

  2. [For countries listed in this table] Your Stripe Connect account hasn't been completely set up yet.
SOLUTION: Complete the setup for your Stripe Connect account. You may refer to this article.

  3. Your timezone doesn't match your currency.
SOLUTION: Provide a bank account for the currency you set. For example, your timezone is set to Asia/Manila, but the currency you chose is USD. You will need to put in a US bank account in your payout details to receive your payout.

  4. SOLUTION: Get in touch with us, and we'll coordinate with you regarding the matter.

📆 The payout date has passed, but funds haven’t arrived.

The expected payout date is when we process your payout—it may still take a few business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank and location.
