When you view an Order or Booking in your dashboard, you’ll see an Activity section at the bottom of the page. This section provides a chronological history of everything that happened, who did it, and when.
Activity logs help you stay informed and give you a better audit trail for customer support and operations.

If our team acts using an impersonated account (@cococart.co email), the name will show as Cococart.
Orders are not automatically marked as fulfilled unless your fulfillment workflow triggers it or it’s done manually.
